If you want to use Settle Send, or you are requested to hold a guaranteed amount with Settle prior to using certain services, this is how you add money to your Settle Merchant Account:
- Initiate a bank transfer to Settle Group for the agreed amount (bank account details are listed below) and mark the payment with your Merchant ID.
(Your Merchant ID is shown in the bottom left corner of the Settle for Business portal). - Send the proof of transfer (a receipt of payment) to support@settle.eu and mark the email subject: ‘Top-up for Merchant XYZ’ where ‘XYZ’ is replaced with your Merchant ID.
Our operational staff deposit the received and validated amount to your Settle Merchant Account. A confirmation email will be returned to you, and you can see the updated balance in the Business Portal and via the Settle API.

If you have to transfer a different currency, you have to make a prior agreement with Settle Group before making such payments to our accounts.
