- If you have never used Settle, we recommend you block your card, then contact Settle support so that we can help identify the transaction to avoid further charges.
- If you have used Settle, we recommend you look through the transaction history and try to identify if this may be a transaction you have forgotten. If you fail to recognise the transaction, contact Settle support so that we can help identify the transaction and avoid further charges.
- Ultimately you may want to contact your card issuer or bank and make a claim.
