Transfers made to an IBAN are final the moment they are submitted.
If you have paid to a wrong IBAN you may reach out to the recipient and request that the funds are returned. We know it's frustrating when funds end up in the wrong hands. Our best recommendation is to only send money with Settle using contacts on your phone.
With phone numbers you can call, text and know with certainty who you are dealing with. Bank account numbers don't work like that.
